ChainGPT Pricing Update: What You Need to Know

We’ve introduced a major update to the ChainGPT pricing structure.

We’ve designed this to bring more clarity, fairness, and flexibility to users' engagement with our AI tools and services. It is important to note these changes, no matter how you interact with our ecosystem of AI-powered blockchain tools.

In this blog, we’ll explain everything you need about the new updates.

What’s Changed?

ChainGPT Credits, or CGPTc, are now the standard unit for all AI tools and SDK usage across the platform. Each credit is fixed at $0.01, creating a consistent and transparent cost structure for all users, whether they engage with tools through the dashboard or programmatically via API.

We've introduced free daily usage limits for several core features. Users now receive:

  • 50 daily uses for the Web3 AI Chatbot
  • 10 daily uses for both our Smart Contract Auditor and Generator
  • 20 for the AI Trading Assistant
  • 50 messages for Ask Crypto People

Access to the AI News Generator and CryptoGuard remains free and unlimited. When the limit is reached, usage continues seamlessly on a pay-per-use basis using CGPTc.

We’ve also implemented several price reductions to make key features even more accessible:

  • The Web3 AI Chatbot is now 50% cheaper, costing 0.5 CGPTc per prompt (both in the Crypto AI Hub and via API).
  • The AI NFT Generator has been reduced by 50%, now costing 1 CGPTc per image, available both in the web app and via API.

We've also upgraded our Freemium tier! Users who stake $CGPT and accumulate over 200,000 CGPTsp (staking points) are automatically upgraded to Diamond Tier and receive 20,000 CGPTc every month. These credits can be used on any tool or SDK. This balance resets monthly and does not roll over, ensuring that all Freemium members have full access without accumulating unused credits.

Why the Change?

This update is designed to provide a more flexible and transparent system for everyone using ChainGPT. By establishing a fixed-value credit model and clearly defined usage tiers, users can see how their resources are consumed, get a better forecast of their spending, and scale as needed. 

With CGPTc being universally accepted across the entire ChainGPT ecosystem, users no longer have to guess or convert values when accessing different tools. You know exactly what each action costs, and you only pay for what you use.
