As Berachain was unveiled this was a massive moment for both Berachain and ChainGPT Pad, revealing that Honey.fun AI will be the first IDO to launch on ChainGPT Pad with Berachain.

If you’re looking to participate in IDOs hosted on the Berachain’s ecosystem and launched with ChainGPT Pad, you’ll first need to configure MetaMask to connect to the Berachain network.

This guide will walk you through the setup process step by step, ensuring a seamless connection to Berachain with your MetaMask so you could participate in Honey.Fun AI IDO and more Berachain-based IDOs to come.

What is Berachain?

Adding Berachain to MetaMask

MetaMask default network is set to Ethereum, but you can add any supported network, including Berachain. In the case of connecting Berachain, users will need to manually add Berachain’s RPC detailst.

Add Berachain Manually in MetaMask

  1. Open MetaMask and click the network dropdown at the top left. Currently shown as set up to Ethereum Mainnet in the image below.

2. Select Add Network.

Once you click on the dropdown menu on the top left, you will need to select Add Network,

  1. Scroll down and click Add Network Manually.

You will be presented with an option form where you will need to add all the network details in order to connect to Berachain via MetaMask.

  1. Enter the following details as shown in the image and in the table below:
  1. Click Save.
  2. After saving, your configuration should be all set and you should be connected to Berachain.

Make sure Berachain is selected as your active network when participating in Berachain-hosted IDOs on ChainGPT Pad.
